The £6.5m Arts Culture and Enterprise Centre is a vibrant hub in the centre of Nelson.
There’s a dynamic programme of events in the theatre, cinema and bistro on the ground floor, from comedy and live music to drama and film. Run by the Pendle Leisure Trust, the ACE Centre also includes recording, dance and drama studios and a courtyard bar/bistro. Upstairs, there’s a flexible range of meeting, exhibition and conference facilities, too.
The ACE Centre’s top floors, some with stunning views out to Pendle Hill, provide 33 modern managed office spaces for a range of enterprising businesses from start up to established and national organisations.
Suites range in size from 321 square feet to 1461 square feet and are offered furnished if required, allowing companies to move in quickly with minimal set-up costs.
New tenants can also benefit from flexible easy in-easy out lease arrangements. This means entrepreneurs can take their first steps into their own offices, or rent a desk in a shared office, without fear of a heavy commitment.
The ACE Centre got the royal seal of approval when it was opened by Prince Edward, HRH The Duke of Kent in 2009.
