It has delivered many challenging development and restoration projects and has more in the pipeline. Its flagship project is the £32 million conversion and development of the Grade ll listed Brierfield Mills (Northlight). On completion, Northlight will be a huge asset for Lancashire with a unique role to play in the Northern Powerhouse.
Pendle Council has a 30% share hold in the joint venture and Barnfield Investment Properties (BIP) has 70%. For every £1 of money that Pendle Council invests, £2.33 of BIP money (private sector) is invested too.
